What You’ll Do

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of engineering and technical positions
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions
  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
  • Maintain and grow a pool of qualified candidates for current and future roles
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with potential candidates across the talent pipeline
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technical recruiting

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1–3 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruiting
  • Hands-on experience with US Staffing processes and compliance
  • Strong track record of recruiting for engineering and technical positions
  • Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills across job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fully remote setup
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring workflows
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required)
