What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of engineering and technical positions
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
- Maintain and grow a pool of qualified candidates for current and future roles
- Build strong, lasting relationships with potential candidates across the talent pipeline
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technical recruiting
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1–3 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruiting
- Hands-on experience with US Staffing processes and compliance
- Strong track record of recruiting for engineering and technical positions
- Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills across job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fully remote setup
- Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring workflows
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required)
