Full Stack Engineer – Recro (Remote, Bengaluru)
Recro is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to be part of the AI revolution and help transform how the world’s largest global brands do business. This is a fully remote, full-time role for candidates with 3–6 years of hands-on full-stack experience, with immediate joining preferred.
The role is 70% backend and 30% frontend — you’ll build and ship end-to-end features using Python and React, own product features from idea to production, and work directly with founders, product, and design teams to move fast and iterate.

What You’ll Do
- Build and ship end-to-end features using Python (FastAPI/Django) and React
- Own product features from idea → implementation → production
- Design scalable backend APIs and data models
- Create clean, responsive, high-performance frontend experiences
- Work closely with founders, product, and design teams to move fast and iterate
- Debug production issues and improve performance, reliability, and scale
- Write pragmatic, maintainable code — no over-engineering, no shortcuts
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of hands-on full-stack experience
- Strong backend skills in Python
- Solid frontend experience with React, modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience building real-world, production-grade systems
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing requirements
- Strong ownership mindset — you build it, you run it
Bonus Points
- Experience with FastAPI, async systems, or microservices
- Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-powered products
- Experience in early-stage startups
- Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS / GCP, Docker, and CI/CD
- Data modeling and performance optimization experience
