Network & Telecom Engineer – 5G

Ericsson's Noida delivery center is a global hub for radio access network (RAN) engineering, serving telecom operators across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. As a 5G Network Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, deploying, and optimising 5G NR and 4G LTE networks for Ericsson's telecom operator clients including Jio, Airtel, and Vi in India. Your responsibilities include configuring Ericsson Radio System (ERS) nodes, performing drive testing and post-processing analysis, optimising KPIs such as throughput, latency, handover success rates, and interference levels, scripting Python-based automation tools for bulk configuration changes, and conducting root cause analysis for network degradation incidents. You will work in a highly technical environment alongside RF planning engineers, core network specialists, and client solution architects.
