Product Manager – Logistics Tech

Delhivery's technology platform is the operational backbone of India's largest third-party logistics company, handling 2+ crore shipments per month across air, surface, and hyperlocal delivery modes. As a Product Manager in Logistics Tech, you will own the product roadmap for one of Delhivery's core domains — either last-mile routing optimisation, warehouse management systems, or shipper-facing SaaS products. Your responsibilities include conducting discovery research with delivery partners, warehouse managers, and enterprise shippers to identify friction points, writing detailed PRDs and user stories, defining success metrics and OKRs, working in tight collaboration with engineering and data science teams to ship products on schedule, and running weekly product reviews with the CTO and VP Engineering. Delhivery's product culture is highly technical — PMs are expected to understand system design constraints, write SQL queries to pull their own data, and engage deeply in engineering trade-off discussions.
