As a Full Stack Engineer, you will build and scale features across Freshworks' SaaS product suite that are used by support agents, sales teams, and IT admins at companies like Bridgestone, Havells, and NHS. Your responsibilities include developing backend APIs in Ruby on Rails and Node.js, building React and Ember.js frontend components for customer-facing dashboards, designing multi-tenant SaaS architectures that serve thousands of concurrent enterprise customers, implementing robust background job processing using Sidekiq and RabbitMQ, integrating with third-party platforms like Slack, Salesforce, and Zendesk via webhooks and APIs, and writing thorough test suites using RSpec and Jest. Freshworks provides ESOPs, a NASDAQ-listed RSU programme, competitive salaries, and a strong remote engineering culture.
