IndiaMART's Android app is used by over 2.5 crore registered buyers and 75 lakh+ suppliers, making it one of India's most critical B2B mobile applications. As a Senior Android Developer, you will lead the development of high-impact features for IndiaMART's buyer and supplier apps, driving significant improvements in search experience, messaging, catalogue browsing, and lead management. Your responsibilities include architecting new features using clean architecture principles (MVVM with UseCases and Repositories), leading code review culture within the Android team, integrating real-time messaging with Socket.IO and WebSocket, implementing offline-first features for users with poor connectivity, writing comprehensive UI automation tests using Espresso, optimising app for multi-language support including Hindi and regional languages, and mentoring junior Android developers. You will report directly to the VP of Engineering and have significant influence over the Android technology roadmap.
