Senior Full Stack Engineer – HealthTech

Practo is one of India's leading healthcare technology platforms, connecting patients with doctors, clinics, diagnostic labs, and pharmacies. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will build and scale Practo's consumer health platform and clinic management SaaS products from their Gurugram office. Your responsibilities include developing React-based patient-facing web portals for appointment booking, teleconsultation, and health records, building Node.js and Python microservices for scheduling engines, electronic health records (EHR), and prescription management systems, designing HIPAA-compliant data storage architectures on AWS, integrating HL7 FHIR standards for health data interoperability, and conducting performance optimisation to reduce page load times for mobile users in low-bandwidth environments. The role also involves technical mentorship of 2–3 junior engineers and contributing to Practo's technical architecture review board.
