Senior Software Engineer – Azure Platform

Microsoft's India Development Center in Noida works on some of the most critical pieces of Azure and Office 365 infrastructure powering enterprise customers globally. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own significant technical areas, drive architecture decisions, and mentor a team of 2–4 junior engineers. Your work will directly impact the performance, reliability, and feature velocity of Azure services consumed by Fortune 500 companies. You will design and implement distributed services in C# and .NET, write technical design documents reviewed by architects in Redmond, and lead end-to-end feature delivery from ideation to production. Collaboration with teams across India, the US, and Europe is a regular part of the role. You will be expected to champion engineering best practices including code reviews, automated testing, and incident response.
