Software Engineer – Java (Fresher / 0-1 yr)

As a fresher Java Software Engineer, you will join a structured onboarding programme where the first two months are dedicated training in Java, Spring Framework, SQL, REST APIs, and Newgen's proprietary platform — after which you will be placed in a product squad contributing to real features. Your responsibilities will include developing backend services, writing test cases, participating in code reviews, debugging production issues, and gradually taking ownership of smaller features.
