UI/UX Designer – Fintech Products

PB Fintech is the parent company of Policybazaar and Paisabazaar, India's leading insurance and lending aggregator platforms, publicly listed and serving over 9 crore customers. As a UI/UX Designer, you will lead end-to-end product design for high-conversion financial product journeys including health insurance comparison, term life purchase funnels, personal loan applications, and credit card recommendation tools. Your responsibilities include conducting user interviews and usability testing sessions with diverse Indian users, creating information architectures and wireframes, building high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma, contributing to and maintaining PB's design system library, collaborating with engineers on design handoff and QA, and using quantitative data from Hotjar and Mixpanel to validate and iterate on design decisions. The role demands a strong understanding of financial product complexity, inclusive design for diverse literacy levels, and mobile-first thinking.
