Genpact is a global professional services firm with a major delivery hub in Noida focused on finance & accounting, supply chain, and operations transformation. As a Python Developer in the GenAI and Automation team, you will build intelligent automation workflows that eliminate repetitive manual processes for Fortune 500 clients. Your work will involve developing LLM-powered document processing pipelines using LangChain and OpenAI APIs, building OCR and information extraction tools for invoice and contract processing, creating UiPath automation workflows triggered by AI decision engines, and deploying Python-based FastAPI services on Azure. You will also be responsible for writing automated test suites, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and producing detailed technical documentation. This role offers a unique blend of AI engineering and enterprise consulting exposure, with regular client interaction and a clear path to senior consulting roles.
